grated parmesan50 g
butter1 tablespoon
salt1 to taste
milk200 ml
corn starch1 dessert spoon
chopped onion1 tablespoon
crushed garlic1 unit(s)
olive oil1 dessert spoon

Peel the carrot and potato, cut into small cubes and cook in salted water and set aside.
wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes and sauté with garlic and olive oil and a pinch of salt and set aside
White sauce In a pan sauté the onion in the butter and add the milk dissolved with cornstarch and mix over low heat, add the salt, keep the heat on until it thickens.
In a pyrex or refractory distribute the vegetables and the pea put white sauce on top and finish with parmesan cheese and take it to the medium oven for 15 minutes
