- Wheat flour1 kg
- Start by warming the milk.
- Then in a bowl, place the milk and yeast and mix.
- Put the sugar, egg, salt, oil and mix and add the wheat flour little by little until the dough is ready to knead.
- When you can no longer mix the dough with a spoon, then it's time to throw some wheat flour on the bench and start kneading the dough.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes and remember that it is a soft and light dough, but not sticky. So if necessary, add more wheat to the dough.
- This dough doesn't use the whole kilo of wheat, there will be a little left over, so you shouldn't throw all the wheat at once.
- After kneading the dough, form a ball and place it in a bowl and cover with a clean dish towel for 1 hour or until the dough doubles in volume.
- After that time, divide the dough into three equal parts, open the dough, shape the buns.
- Put the shaped buns in a shape and let it rest for another 30 to 40 minutes covered with a cloth. It is not necessary to grease the form.
- If the region where you live is very cold, place the breads in the oven to rest, so they will rise faster.
- Heat the oven to 200° for 10 minutes and place the buns in the oven to bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
- After taking it out of the oven, wait for about five minutes and spread margarine on top. This will make the shell very soft.
