  • Vegetable broth1 l
  • Arborio rice1 cup
  • Onion in brunoise1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • White wine200 ml
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan1 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add the rice and saute together.
  3. Add the wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates, start adding the heated broth, ladle by ladle.
  4. One point before finishing, add the nutmeg, pepper, butter and cheese, mix again, wait until it is done, and serve while still hot.
