- Arborio rice1 cup
- Onion in brunoise1/2 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- White wine200 ml
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan1 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Saute onion and garlic in oil.
- Add the rice and saute together.
- Add the wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates, start adding the heated broth, ladle by ladle.
- One point before finishing, add the nutmeg, pepper, butter and cheese, mix again, wait until it is done, and serve while still hot.
