  • Whole milk1000 ml
  • Wheat flour3.1/2 tablespoon
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Bacon broth tablet2.1/2 unit(s)
  • Sour Cream2 unit(s)
  1. If the mozzarella is sliced great, if not just grate and reserve. Dissolve the Butter, after adding the wheat flour, let it fry a little, add the milk to the wells, always stirring so as not to give lumps (lumps), then add the broth tablets gradually, stirring until dissolved. When it has thickened, it's time to add the cream, stir and turn off.
  2. Turn the oven to 180 degrees and let's assemble the Lazanha. Line the bottom of the baking dish with the white cream, place the Macaroni, the Mozzarella and successively form new layers, finish with the grated Mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes depending on each oven. Do the fork test on the Macaroni, if it's soft, turn it off and remove from the oven so it doesn't dry out.
  3. It can be served with Rice, Salad and Meat. Enjoy your food!!
