- grated onion1 unit(s)
- Nutmeg1 to taste
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Milk500 ml
- Cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a hot pan, place the butter and margarine, then add the grated onion and let it brown;
- Add some nutmeg and then the wheat flour. Mix well and then add the milk. Stir well until the flour lumps break down.
- Add salt to taste and mix some more. Turn off the heat when you notice a consistent point of sauce.
- Add the cheese to taste on the plate, on a platter or in the pan itself while stirring the sauce.
