- Tilapia fillet300 g
- Whole grain pasta250 g
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Sliced Garlic to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
- Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon. I cut the tomatoes and zucchini into large pieces, cut the onion in half.
- I cooked the pasta for 7 minutes in boiling water with a little salt.
- In a frying pan, I added olive oil, I put the tilapia fillets, I let them brown on both sides, I added the tomatoes, garlic and zucchini, seasoned with salt and pepper, when everything was golden I added the pasta, mixed well, you can shred the fillets but I preferred to leave it in little pieces.
- Garnished with a grilled onion.
