- Rice Flour1 cup
- warm milk1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Pre heat the oven (180 degrees) Beat the oil, eggs and milk in the blender. In a bowl, mix the other ingredients evenly. Then pour in the liquid and stir. The dough will be a little sticky, but this is normal. Bake for 40 minutes. Then just taste this delight!
