- Ground beef250 g
- Homemade tomato sauce2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Chopped green seasoning1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cooked Whole Wheat Fusilli Pasta3 cup
- Sweet paprika1 dessert spoon
- In a heated pan, add the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
- Add the paprika and mix.
- Add the ground beef and keep stirring to break up the pieces and cook evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- When the ground beef is cooked, add the tomato sauce, pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
- Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
- Serve the sauce with the cooked wholegrain fusilli.
