- Dough: Egg1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Water (one and a half cup)11/2 cup
- Fine herbs1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Whole wheat flour1 cup
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese60 g
- Oregano1 coffee spoon
- Stuffing: to taste
- Add the egg, olive oil, water, fine herbs, salt and whole wheat flour to the blender. Let it run for a few minutes
- Heat a skillet greased with olive oil and place small portions of dough.
- Let it brown slightly on both sides, repeat the process until the dough is finished. Reserve
- Stuff each pancake, in a refractory line the bottom with a little tomato sauce.
- Arrange the pancakes in the refractory and cover with the rest of the sauce.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese, oregano and take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until gratin!
- Ready!!
