- Wholemeal Pasta250 g
- Grated tuna130 g
- Red onion50 g
- Garlic to taste
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Fried garlic1 tablespoon
- Chimichurri without pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green pepper20 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Grated Mozzarella to taste
- In a pan, put water and oil and let it boil;
- Add the macaroni and cook until al dente or according to your preference.
- Drain the pasta and spread butter over it;
- In another pan, add the oil and onion and sauté. Add the garlic, the tuna;
- Add the fried garlic, paprika, chimichurri, sweet paprika and salt to taste;
- After, add the noodles and stir delicately, put the green smell and the Mozzarella. Serve immediately.
