- Wholemeal Penne Pasta200 g
- Shredded Chicken150 g
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Milk3 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Dry seasoning1 to taste
- Green Spice1 to taste
- Mozzarella cheese1 unit(s)
- Put the pasta to cook in boiling water with salt and oil.
- In a frying pan with a thread of olive oil, place the onion and garlic to brown, add the shredded chicken and then place the tomato and let it melt to give the chicken color.
- Add the curd and milk to the stew and let it turn into a sauce, season with salt, pepper, dry seasonings and green seasonings.
