- Buffalo Burrata400 g
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- cherry tomato400 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Basil to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
- In a refractory, place the burrata in the center and, around it, spread the tomatoes.
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano, place the crushed garlic cloves with their skin, and drizzle with olive oil. Spread the sprigs of basil and rosemary.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until the burrata starts to fall apart.
- Remove from the oven and add the cooked pasta, mixing well. Sprinkle with grated cheese when serving.
