- Cooked Wholemeal Penne2 cup
- Skimmed milk400 ml
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Ghee Butter1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh peas1/2 cup
- Fresh Sliced Champignon1/2 cup
- Chicken breast cooked in cubes and seasoned with salt150 g
- Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
- Chopped branchy broccoli1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Start by preparing the FIT white sauce: heat the butter in a pan and brown the onion, add the flour and mix until it forms a homogeneous paste.
- Add the milk little by little, always stirring with the help of a fouet.
- Once the sauce is homogeneous, season with salt and pepper, add the chicken and nutmeg.
- Cook for 3 minutes, add the mushrooms, peas and broccoli and cook for another 2 minutes. Adjust the salt and finish with the parsley.
- Mix the penne in the sauce and serve immediately.
