- Whole wheat flour1 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk300 ml
- Oil or olive oil2 tablespoon
- Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Stuffing to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, oil and salt well. Sift the flour and baking powder into this mixture and mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Transfer the mixture to a pizza shape (greased with oil and whole wheat flour) and bake for 20 minutes (200°).
- Remove the dough from the oven and fill: a layer of tomato sauce always, and the filling of your choice. I put a thin layer of cheese after the tomato sauce, sliced hearts of palm and then a generous layer of cheese. I also sprinkled it with oregano.
- Return the pizza to the oven for 5 minutes!
