- Noodles for yakisoba500 g
- Large onion, chopped into medium pieces1 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Small bunch of broccoli1 unit(s)
- Small bunch of cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Shoyu6 tablespoon
- Small bunch of cabbage cut into large pieces1/2 unit(s)
- From rump in strips500 g
- Champignon100 g
- Carrots, sliced diagonally1 unit(s)
- Cook the pasta with a pinch of salt and set aside.
- In a large pan put the oil and sauté the onion.
- Add the meat, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, champignon and season with soy sauce. Let it cook until the vegetables are cooked to al dente.
- Add the pasta, mix well and serve immediately.
