- Chicken250 g
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Broccoli1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Shoyu to taste
- Butter to taste
- Bring the water to a boil
- In a pan, brown the onion and garlic in butter (remembering to put a thread of olive oil so it doesn't burn!)
- Add the chicken, salt and brown
- Add broccoli and carrots and saute
- Add some soy sauce
- Cook the noodles and then drain
- Add the chicken with vegetables to the dough, add soy sauce until you like it and serve.
