Em uma panela de água já fervendo , coloca o macarrão 3 minutos apenas e já escorre e reserva.

Em uma panela acrescenta o frango e a carne com um pouco de azeite doce e deixa fritar , em seguida a cabeça de alho já bem trituradinha e deixa refolgando

Corta os legumes da sua preferência e já coloca junto com as carnes com meia garrafinha do molho e deixa ferver pelo menos uns 5 minutos

Fazendo isso vc já pode pegar o seu macarrão e colocar e acrescentar mais um pouco do shoyu e está pronto para servir!
