- Take the zucchini and grate it on the spaghetti option of your grater. In a pan with hot water put the grated zucchini and leave it for about 5 min, be careful it softens very fast so keep an eye on it.
- In a pan put a thread of olive oil and fry the onion together with diced tomato, seasoning to taste.
- Take the zucchini that has already been cooked, drain it and take it to the sauce that is in the pan. Stir and serve warm. Obs, this spaghetti is to eat right away, because if you leave it for another day it creates water.
