- Oregano for decoration to taste
- Olives for decoration to taste
- Grated cheese for decoration to taste
- Straw potatoes for accompaniment when serving to taste
- FRICASSÊ PREPARATION 1• Beat the corn, the curd, the cream in the blender until it turns into a cream. 2• Sauté the cream in the blender with the shredded chicken, until it has a thick texture. 3• Place the sautéed in a baking dish, cover with mozzarella and garnish with halved tomatoes, oregano, olives and grated cheese to taste. 4• Bake in the oven until golden Tip: Serve with white rice and potato straw. Note: Be careful with the amount of salt when seasoning your shredded chicken, because the other ingredients such as mozzarella already have salt.
