- Whole milk1.1/4 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast2 tablespoon
- Oil1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Grated or sliced mozzarella for assembly. (If you prefer, I used it)200 g
- Shredded chicken breast and seasoned as you prefer (I'll post the recipe for my shredded chicken here in the future).700 g
- DOUGH PREPARATION METHOD 1• In the blender, add all the ingredients in the order and blend for about 3 min. Note (Do not put the mozzarella). 2• In a baking dish greased with butter and wheat flour, spread a part of the dough making a base all over the bottom of the baking dish. 3• Add the shredded chicken that you seasoned to your liking, making a layer all over the dough. 4• If you prefer, spread the grated or sliced mozzarella over the chicken. 5• Lastly, cover everything with the remaining dough and bake in the oven until golden. Note.. soon I will post the recipe for my shredded chicken. But this pasta is also great with shredded chicken and seasoned to your liking! Try it! Just a tip! When finishing your shredded chicken, add a glass of cottage cheese and a box of cream, this will make your chicken very creamy in your pie! Be careful with salt, because of the salt that is already in the dough!
