- 1- MEAT - cut the meat into chuck in the smallest possible size, put it under pressure together with the tomatoes and a glass of water for 15 minutes
- two- MEAT-then add garlic, onion, salt and seasonings to taste and leave for another 15 minutes and it's ready.
- 3- MASH - put two potatoes to boil until they are very soft, and reserve the other to make the potato straw
