- Seasoned and shredded chicken500 g
- Aipim or cassava1 kg
- Light cream cheese1 can(s)
- Olive1 can(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Oregano to taste
- Natural yogurt300 ml
- Cook the cassava and puree it by hitting the mix or blender. Then put a spoon of butter and a glass of natural yogurt, stirring well until it's beautiful.
- In a refractory, arrange half of the cassava puree, spreading well
- Take the already shredded chicken, seasoned with garlic, salt, black pepper and onion and heat it with a little tomato sauce. Add green corn and pitted olives to taste.
- Arrange the shredded chicken on top of the manioc puree and cover with the light cream cheese. Then cover with another layer of the puree. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and garnish with oregano to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden.
