- Sugar270 g
- Oil1 cup
- Apples4 unit(s)
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Peel three apples, reserve the houses and cut the apples into cubes.
- In the blender, beat the eggs, oil, sugar and apple peels. After smoothie, gather this mixture into a bowl with the flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Add the diced apples and place in a round baking dish of approximately 24cm, greased and floured.
- Cut an apple in half and remove only the seeds and core, keeping the skin. Cut into thin slices and place over the cake dough, forming a rose.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon to taste and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
