Wheat Flour2 cup
Sugar270 g

Egg3 unit(s)
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Cinnamon to taste

Peel three apples, reserve the houses and cut the apples into cubes.
In the blender, beat the eggs, oil, sugar and apple peels. After smoothie, gather this mixture into a bowl with the flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add the diced apples and place in a round baking dish of approximately 24cm, greased and floured.
Cut an apple in half and remove only the seeds and core, keeping the skin. Cut into thin slices and place over the cake dough, forming a rose.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon to taste and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
