unsalted butter3 tablespoon
Oat flour1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder1/2 tablespoon
Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
Chopped Apples with Peel2 unit(s)
Apple for garnish (optional)1 unit(s)
Wheat flour1 cup

In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and butter. Beat well until the mixture is homogeneous.
Once that's done, gradually add a cup of unleavened wheat flour. While kneading the dough, until smooth.
Add the oatmeal and ground cinnamon. Mix it all up.
Add the yeast, stir gently and add the chopped apples. The dough is consistent.
In a greased shape with refined sugar and cinnamon. Pour the dough and decorate with sliced apples.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 40 minutes.
