- Cream: Vanilla Essence to taste

- Coverage: Gelatin1 cup
- Dough: Mix the butter, egg yolks and sugar.
- Dough: Add the flour little by little, until it forms a dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Dough: Grease the mold with butter and line it with the dough. Make holes with a fork and bake over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Cream: Take the ingredients to the fire and stir until it thickens.
- Coverage: Place the water and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil. When boiling, add the apple slices to cook lightly without breaking up (about 2 minutes).
- Coverage: Remove the apples with a slotted spoon and add the gelatin to the remaining water in the pan, stirring well. Take the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Assembly: Place the cold cream over the dough, decorate with the apple and spread the gelatin. Take it to the fridge and serve ice cream.
