- Corn starch4 tablespoon
- Orange juice2 cup

- In a bowl mix the wheat with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the butter and mix until a “wet sand” consistency.
- In another container, mix the egg yolk with the vanilla extract. Then mix everything until you get a dough consistency.
- Separate the dough and wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- With the cold dough, put it in the shape and go stretching and leaving the edge trimmed.
- Prick holes in the dough with a fork to prevent it from rising, and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
- To make the milk filling: Mix two cups of milk with sugar to taste and two tablespoons of cornstarch over low heat until creamy consistency.
- For the orange filling: Mix two cups of orange juice with sugar to taste and two tablespoons of cornstarch until creamy consistency over low heat.
- Cut the apples into thin slices and leave them in the lemon water (to prevent the apple from browning)
- To assemble the pie you will add the milk filling in the form, and on top, the orange filling. And add the apple slices on top. You can add honey to decorate.
