- Wheat Flour300 g
- Cold butter150 g
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Ice water50 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Fresh or boxed cream (almost 3 boxes)2 cup
- Fried Bacon1/2 cup
- Chopped Garlic1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1 cup
- Dough: mix the ingredients with your fingertips, quickly until you get a smooth dough. Attention: butter and very cold water if you live in a hot city like me. Finished preparing the dough? Put it wrapped in plastic film and take it to the fridge for 20 min.
- Open the dough avoiding putting your hand, use plastic underneath and one over the dough and open with the roll. When it's the right size, remove the top plastic and turn it over the mold (use a 22cm diameter with a removable bottom). Fill the entire shape and make holes with a fork. Pre bake for about 25min at 180°C. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Place the cheese and bacon, lining the bottom of the mold with the pre-baked dough.
- Filling Place the eggs and beat with a fork or fouet for a few minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Pour into the mold, put green smell on top and bake for about 45 minutes at 180°C.
