- Ground beef400 g
- Flour for hydrated kibbeh200 g
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Chopped mint1 dessert spoon
- Squeezed Lime1/2 unit(s)
- Onion sliced in half moon2 cup
- Dry Seasoning Vinaigrette1/4 cup
- Chopped green onion1/4 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the onion well. Reserve.
- Mix all ingredients except parmesan cheese until you get a homogeneous mass.
- On a platter cover the bottom with half the dough, add the grated parmesan and over the onion braised.
- Cover the kibbeh with the remaining dough, make diamond-shaped cuts on top and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Take to preheated oven 200ÂșC to bake for about 30 minutes until golden.
