- Wheat for kibbeh300 g
- Ground beef500 g
- Crushed Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Crushed or grated onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Mint6 unit(s)
- Broth Envelope1 unit(s)
- Sweet olive oil3 tablespoon
- Water3 cup
- Stuffing: 1 cup cream cheese, 2 cups cream cheese, 50 g grated parmesan cheese, 500 g mozzarella cheese, 500 g turkey breast
- Place the wheat in a bowl. Boil the three cups of water with the meat broth and gradually pour it into the flour and let it rest while you season the meat.
- Mix the meat, onion, mint and salt to taste in the ground beef
- Add the flour to the meat and mix well.
- Mix all the stuffing ingredients
- Grease a medium roasting pan with sweet oil
- Place a thin layer of the dough on the bottom and side of the baking dish.
- Pour the stuffing and spread it out evenly.
- Carefully cover with the rest of the dough, as the filling will not be hard.
- Pour the rest of the oil on top
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes
- Don't leave it in the oven for too long so it doesn't dry out.
