- 250 g of wheat for kibbeh 400 ml of boiling water 500 g of ground beef 1 grated onion 3 cloves of garlic, crushed Minced green smell to taste Salt and pepper to taste 3 tablespoons of olive oil Chopped mint leaves to taste Juice of ½ lemon250 g mozzarella1 g
- Gather all the ingredients Hydrate the kibbeh wheat with hot water; Drain the water, and mix the ground beef with the wheat; Add the onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil, mint, lemon juice and mix with your hands; Grease a refractory with oil, and make a layer with half of the kibe dough; Spread the cheese over the dough; Finish with the other half of the kibe, pour a little oil on top, and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes; Now just serve.
