- Wheat for kibbeh500 g
- Ground beef1 kg
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Mint2 tablespoon
- Garlic granulated1 tablespoon
- Water1 l
- Syrian pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Diced Cheese200 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Boil the water and mix it with the kibbeh wheat. Let it hydrate for 1 hour.
- While the wheat hydrates, season the ground beef with the seasonings and cheese, mixing well.
- Mix the meat with the hydrated wheat until it is very homogeneous.
- In a greased shape with oil spread the mixture. Put another drizzle of oil on it.
- Bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
- Serve!
