- Potatoes500 g
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese400 g
- Water200 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
- In a bowl, add the cream, water, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir until everything is incorporated.
- Peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
- In a roasting pan, grease with olive oil, and place the potato slices one on top of the other, filling the entire pan. Halfway through, add half of the sliced mozzarella cheese. Keep putting the potatoes in until they run out.
- Pour the seasoned sour cream on top of the potatoes until it covers them. Place the other part of the sliced mozzarella cheese on top and bake until the potatoes are cooked (you know by skewering them with a knife) and the cheese is gratinated.
