- PREPARATION MODE : WHICH ALL INGREDIENTS IN THE BLENDER EXCEPT THE FLOUR AND YEAST. THEN POUR IT INTO A BOWL AND ADD THE SIEVED WHEAT FLOUR AND YEAST, MIX GENTLY. TRANSFER TO A GREASED AND FLOURED FORM LIGHT IN THE OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES AT 180°. SYRUP: 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR 1/2 CUP OF WATER LIGHT ON LOW FIRE UNTIL IT TURNS INTO A SYRUP, POUR IT ON THE CAKE WHILE HOT AND FINISH WITH BANANAS. Tip: Sift the wheat flour so the cake will be fluffier and softer.
