- Dulce de leche400 g
- Whipped cream400 g
- Banana10 unit(s)
- Maizena Biscuit120 g
- Margarine200 g
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Grind the cornstarch biscuit and mix with the margarine until it becomes a dough.
- Put the cookie dough in the shape and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- When the dough has cooled, place a layer of the dulce de leche over the dough.
- Chop the bananas and distribute them over the dulce de leche layer.
- Add the whipped cream on top and spread evenly. Cinnamon can be added above the whipped cream to decorate.
- Place in the fridge for about 3 hours and then unmold.
