- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Ham200 g
- Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Beat the eggs, milk, oil and grated cheese in a blender. Add the flour little by little so as not to weigh it down and finally the yeast.
- In a greased roast, place half of the dough, on top of the cheese and ham and the onion cut into thin slices. Finally the rest of the dough and the tomato on top, sprinkle oregano to taste.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180°. When it's golden on top, it's ready.
