- Melted butter1/2 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Lemon juice1/4 cup
- Colorless gelatin1 cup
- Crush the biscuit and add the butter until it forms a homogeneous mass. Line the bottom of the mold and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Dissolve the gelatin according to the package.
- Beat the rest of the ingredients and add the gelatin.
- Once the dough is already baked, put this mixture and take it to the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Add lemon zest when serving.
