- Tomatoes, Olives and Onions to taste
- Green smell to taste
- For the dough: milk2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- In a bowl place the chicken, green smell, olives, tomato and mix well.
- Grease and flour a rectangular baking dish
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C
- Place the milk and eggs in a blender and blend quickly.
- In a bowl, place the flour and salt. Gradually add the contents of the blender and mix until you form a creamy and homogeneous mass. Add the yeast and mix.
- Place half of the dough on the baking sheet, spread the filling and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until a golden surface is achieved, or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately
