- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Optional fillings: cheese and ham, pepperoni, shredded chicken. to taste
- Beat the eggs, milk, salt, oil and Parmesan cheese in a blender.
- Turn off and add the wheat flour. Stir carefully
- Add the powdered yeast
- Place in greased and floured form. Place the chosen filling on top of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 min.
