- Wheat flour2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Onion, garlic, chimichurri1 to taste
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat: eggs, milk, parmesan cheese, oil and salt until well blended.
- Add the flour little by little and mix with a spoon until all the flour is added and hit the blender again.
- Then add the yeast and beat again.
- For the stuffing: Grate the pepperoni. In a pan add the onion, garlic, then the pepperoni, the tomato sauce and after frying add the cream and chimichurri.
- In a refractory greased with flour and butter. Add a layer of dough and a layer of stuffing and another layer of dough. And parmesan cheese on top.
- Bring to a boil at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes. Or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
