- Wheat flour3 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon

- Grated Parmesan cheese or grated cheese powder40 mg
- Oregano to taste
- FILLING INGREDIENTS: Large chicken breast (cooked and shredded)1 unit(s)
- Pea with corn1 can(s)
- Tomato sauce100 ml
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped palm heart1 can(s)
- Olives to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- METHOD OF PREPARING THE FILLING: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a firm consistency and set aside.
- DOUGH PREPARATION METHOD: 1. Reserve half of the cheese.
- 2. Beat the other ingredients of the dough in the blender and add the yeast last.
- 3. Pour half of the dough into a large stainless steel or aluminum roast, greased with butter.
- 4. Add the stuffing on top and cover with the rest of the dough.
- 5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake in a medium oven (200°C), preheated, for 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy this super practical delight to make.
