- Dough: Milk2 cup
- Sifted Wheat Flour2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Small diced onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Tuna Filling: solid tuna with a little of its oil2 unit(s)
- Seedless Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Chopped or grated onion1/2 unit(s)
- Can of Peas1 unit(s)
- Sliced Olives1 cup
- Cream cheese or cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt, vinaigrette seasoning, hot paprika, garlic powder and parsley to taste
- Beat all the ingredients of the dough in the blender except the yeast, after adding the yeast and beat in the pulse mode and book.
- Mix all the ingredients of the stuffing and mix the cream cheese until you get a creamy and homogeneous consistency (if you prefer, instead of mixing the ingredients, add it over the stuffing in the roast itself ok) and set aside
- In a greased and floured roast, add half of the dough, all the stuffing and on top of the rest of the dough, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out dry.
- Unmold warm and Voilà 😋😋
