- Wheat flour500 g
- Dry biological yeast10 g
- Salt10 g
- Warm water300 ml
- Apple cider vinegar2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Oil for greasing to taste
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Set aside.
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and add the apple cider vinegar.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the flour and mix until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Knead the dough for approximately 10 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased pan.
