  • Dry biological yeast10 g
  • Salt10 g
  • Warm water300 ml
  • Apple cider vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Oil for greasing to taste
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Set aside.
  2. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and add the apple cider vinegar.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the flour and mix until a homogeneous dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for approximately 10 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
  5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased pan.
