- Chop the candies and cookies. Reserve
- In a pan put the milk, condensed milk and sifted yolks. Put it in the oven, stirring until it thickens, then set aside.
- In a kettle, bring the water and the Nescau to a boil, stirring until it boils. Reserve
- Whip the egg whites and add the chilled cream.
