- Wheat Flour250 g
- Sugar180 g
- 'Oil100 ml
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- refined sugar100 g
- Chocolate 50% cocoa2 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter1 teaspoon
- Milk50 ml
- In a blender, beat the carrot, egg, sugar and oil until smooth.
- Combine with wheat flour and yeast. Transfer to a greased form and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients for the syrup and bring to a boil until thickened.
- Develop the cake and serve with the syrup.
