- 1.5 kg of grated cassava | 3 whole eggs | 3 cups of milk | 3 cups of sugar | 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter | 1 pinch of salt | 1 small grated coconut (or 100 g industrialized grated coconut) | 6 drops of vanilla (optional)1 kg
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl with the help of a whisk or a wooden spoon. Bake in a greased rectangular shape (use butter to grease and a sheet of paper towel to help you) and floured for approximately 45 minutes, in an oven previously heated to 180º C. It is creamy inside and with a crispy crust.
