- vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- margarine2 tablespoon
- baking powder1 tablespoon
- warm milk1.1/2 cup
- fresh grated coconut100 g
- wheat flour1 cup
- In the blender place the manioc, flour, eggs, sugar, essence, butter, milk, coconut and beat until smooth.
- Then gently place the yeast, then pour it into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, cut into pieces and refrigerate for 1 hour or cut after taking it out of the fridge.
