- Cooked and mashed manioc350 g
- smoked pepperoni sausage300 g
- Wheat flour6 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Start by grinding the pepperoni in the blender until it has small pieces. Remove from blender and set aside.
- With the blender still “dirty” with pepperoni, place the eggs, olive oil, milk and chives. Season with black pepper and mix everything well.
- Add the cooked and mashed manioc in the blender and blend well.
- Add the wheat flour, beat well and, if necessary, mix with a spoon.
- Finish the dough by adding the baking powder. Mix and reserve.
- Grease and flour a 23 cm shape and pour half of the dough.
- Add the crushed pepperoni and, if desired, add a layer of cream cheese.
- Cover with the rest of the dough and spread evenly. If desired, add Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200º C for about 30 minutes.
