- Wheat flour1 cup
- Milk500 ml
- Garlic and Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt, Oregano to taste
- grated mozzarella300 g
- Cook the cauliflower
- In a pan add garlic, onion, butter, oregano and salt to taste.
- After golden the seasonings add the wheat flour little by little add the milk little by little always mixing well to avoid lumps
- After the cauliflower cooks, add it to a pyrex with the white sauce and toss the mozzarella on top
- Bake in the oven until you realize it's au gratin.
